IndividualS
Contentment and ease require deep trust, which for many of us, has been trained away. Trusting yourself, your life, and ultimately others, often requires healing and re-discovering your innate wisdom…that has always been there.
We will sweep the path as we go. We will meet heavy & light spaces, and step into real power as we move through what is standing between you and what you want. We'll arrive on the other side, refreshed with confidence, clarity, and more freedom than you may have imagined.
Couples/relationshipS
Whether a couple has been together for months or years, choosing long-term, significant intimacy asks us to walk through a fire that initiates like no other. Having children, managing finances, changing careers, exploring various relationship constructs, shifts in identity, and unexpected life events can greatly challenge our capacity to maintain connection and lovingness with this most special and beloved person. It takes immense courage, dedication, and willingness to stay present, honest, and compassionate—and to continue to find alignment even as we grow, evolve, and deepen.
I have worked with couples of all ages in all stages of life offering support and guidance around romance and intimacy, attachment security, coparenting conflicts, challenges in non-monogamy, and more. Together, we come into deep, loving evaluation of each person's needs and refine communication and relational dynamics, all while upholding the unique and profound goodness of the relationship and each individual.

testimonials
Ginny has a gift for seeing beyond words, to the thread that needs to be pulled right now. I worked with Ginny during a dark season of my life, feeling stuck in anxiety, shame and a sense of failure. Ginny brought intensity, depth, humor, and deep acceptance to our sessions and welcomed every part of me to come forward and participate. Her guidance helped me face that season, and drew me into a new season of light, playful, and passionate engagement with my life. Work with Ginny. You will not regret it.

Whether I need practical parenting advice, am seeking council in navigating challenges in my marriage, or to identify and address any personal issues, I am able to find the awareness, love, strength, resilience, or whatever it is that I need with her guidance and support. With each additional session with Ginny, I am continuously growing and developing into a better mother, wife, and woman.

“
Working with Ginny over the last three years has helped me understand myself, my emotions and the hidden needs underneath them by giving unseen parts of myself a voice. I’ve grown and stretched through working with her. Ginny asks the right questions, listens deeply, and speaks truth gently.
— Julie B.
“
Ginny is truly the best facilitator I’ve ever come across. She’s brilliant, inclusive, supportive, funny, warm, and gives you ALL the right support and context for new mamahood. There is truly no one better to do this work.
— Emily Medress
“
Working with Ginny has really improved my marriage. She has a remarkable ability to understand people's perspectives and to express them in a way that both parties can hear, even when the material is emotionally fraught. She has a vast skillset, and her non-judgmental, direct, and caring feedback helped us break out of our patterns when we fall into them. I am much more expressive and vulnerable with my wife, who feels the same about me. I can't thank Ginny enough.
— Alan C.
“
Ginny masterfully and gently opens my mind to the whole perspective which helps me to notice my blind spots. I am so very grateful that Ginny and I have crossed paths, and that I have learned new skills in life that are benefitting my relationship to me, others, and the world around me.

“
The New Mothers Circle was such a hopeful and connected experience to be part of. Two words I now don’t use lightly as we all know what it means to lose sight of those things. Ginny’s coaching style is so supportive and truly, truly acknowledges that each of us knows what is best if we can tap into our innate wisdom. So important for new mamas.
— Arielle Leva
“
Ginny’s amazing facilitation was such a model of how to be kind, empathic, a great listener, curious, a supportive coach, sharing knowledge from a place of humility, a good facilitator and timekeeper…such a fun person to have as the facilitator!

“
Whether I need practical parenting advice, am seeking council in navigating challenges in my marriage, or to identify and address any personal issues, I am able to find the awareness, love, strength, resilience, or whatever it is that I need with her guidance and support. With each additional session with Ginny, I am continuously growing and developing into a better mother, wife, and woman.
— Akemi Mercedes

— Jenny F.
“
Ginny has a gift for seeing beyond words, to the thread that needs to be pulled right now. I worked with Ginny during a dark season of my life, feeling stuck in anxiety, shame and a sense of failure. Ginny brought intensity, depth, humor, and deep acceptance to our sessions and welcomed every part of me to come forward and participate. Her guidance helped me face that season, and drew me into a new season of light, playful, and passionate engagement with my life. Work with Ginny. You will not regret it.
